Update
At the beginning of this month we went to A Taste of Rochester. It's a local event here all kinds of food vendors come out and you can purchase samples of their food. It was pretty fun. We did eat some strange combinations of food though....I got sick :( Guess I'm not as young as I used to be.
We had...
a candied bacon s'more,
fried mac 'n' cheese
deep dish Chicago style pizza
Pie
ice cream sandwich
& a Coke
All terriffic things...just not together.
Peyton enjoyed some Coke too....
Well, the bottle anyway...

Have I said lately how much FUN it is to hang out with Peyton on a daily basis? Well, he is! I thoroughly enjoy him. He is just a totally fun kid.
These days he is really into "helping". So the other day we made cookies....
Wonder if that flour tasted good!?
Peyton has also mastered the stairs. Mastered them so much that today, at the park, he thought he needed to go down the slide on his belly. This was all fine and good until he needed to climb up the slide too. I tried to show him how to do it right, go to the steps and walk to the slide--he wouldn't. He got so frustrated that he couldn't get to the top of the slide climbing it that he threw a huge fit and I carried him back to the car kicking and screaming....fun times.
AHHHH!!!! There's an animal in the house!
Whew...it's just Peyton ;)
Today we bought P a Tigger costume for Halloween. He's loving it. Can't wait to show it to Daddy tomorrow. I think he looks cute!
So lately Peyton is into Peek-A-Boo. Well, his game has turned into hiding. Hiding behind curtains, in the closet, behind the couch and his favorite spot....behind the chair in his bedroom.
He thinks he's pretty funny.
And finally just a video for your enjoyment...
As far as Chad and I go...We are celebrating a final call for the quarter this week and the ending of one of the busiest rotations of the year. Chad loves trauma though and really enjoyed the senior he was working with. They became pretty good buddies. I have started watching a couple TV shows via ABC Family ap on iPad--Bunheads,Switched At Birth. Love them...they keep me entertained and my knitting projects get done. Happy last week of September!
