Saturday

On Saturday we had the opportunity to attend the temple. Our ward had a temple trip and they provided babysitting at the Stake Center right on temple grounds.  All week, we couldn't decide what to do.  We'd never left Peyton before and we were nervous.

At church the previous week, I left him for 2 seconds and he had a melt down.

We finally decided that I would attend the Endowment Session and Chad would just do Inititories.

When we got there, Peyton seemed perfectly content and I just had this peace come over me and I told Chad he would be ok and we could go to the session TOGETHER.

It was so wonderful.

We hadn't been to the temple since before Peyton was born! 

OVER 6 MONTHS.

(We used to go once a week!)

We have such an amazing ward and I am so grateful for the babysitting that was provided so that we could have this wonderful experience.   I can already see the blessings of attending the temple in our home. 

And only 5 minutes from the temple........
