Sacrament

There are time at work when I do brainless activities.  For such times, I have started to make General Conference my companion.  I listen to the CDs while I work and my day is made much more pleasant, it goes by faster and I get to learn and feel the spirit.  One talk I especially liked this week was Sacrament Meeting and the Sacrament by Dallin H. Oaks. It's message was a great reminder to me of what Sunday is all about.

"The ordinance of the sacrament makes the sacrament meeting the most sacred and important meeting in the Church."
