Student Accusations

#1 Earlier this week I was subbing for my lead teacher. I hadn't been introduced to one of the classes yet so, I asked them to have a seat so I could take roll and then I would introduce myself. Of course I Introduced myself as Mrs. Watts and without missing a beat a student exclaimed "Oh! I thought you were a student"....Nope!

#2 This one is WAY better! This morning, I pull into a parking spot in the faculty lot and all of a sudden I hear someone honking. I look behind me to see a scowling teacher wagging her finger at me like I am 5 and gesturing me to drive forward. At first I was like, "What is your problem!" and then it hit me. I quickly took my STAFF parking pass from my rear view mirror and flashed it at her. I proceeded to turn off my car and walk toward the building when the teacher opened her car door and apologized profusely for confusing me with a student.

**I've been told to enjoy it while it lasts. Honestly I think it's a little funny that I am a high school chameleon :)
