Lasts

In about 8 months or so we will be moving to somewhere unknown to us at this point. We are applying to about 50 or so residency programs and most of them are located in the midwest or the east. Only about 4 are in the west. I have never lived anywhere than here and I love my city and am a little nervous-extied about moving. I am hating to leave all the good things I love about Reno/Sparks behind, including my family but very excited about a new adventure. Recently we experienced our last 4th of July here and this week Hot August nights rolled in. I LOVE all of the old cars and music and people-even though a lot of them are very strange. And I swear I saw Kenny Chesney walking down the street at the event- either that or it was a very good look alike. My brother and his family have also been in town this weekend for J's birthday and Hot August Nights. They come every year so I guess we will just have to come back too!!!
We have lots of things to look forward to in the upcoming months and lots of stresses as well I'm sure. (I hate moving...it's such a pain). I just really hate change and it's coming so fast...Here's to a glorious adventure.
