This Week

This week is just grumpy!!!! People just seem to be more on edge than usual, myself included. Maybe it's the fact that we got snow at the beginning of the week and it's supposed to be SPRING or that people are sick-I just don't know...BUT today I did recieve some good news. The weather is getting better, that's always nice; I actually took off my sweatshirt today! and I got my scores back from the Praxis test that I took back in March. I didn't pass with flying colors or anything (I really wish I was more like Chad in that aspect) but I did pass which means I don't have to retake it and spend another $180. I wish I would have done better but I suppose I am 1 test closer to being a certified music teacher. So maybe things will get happier as the week draws to a close.

On another note, Chad started a new rotation this week: Family medicine. It's still going to be time consuming like all rotations are but I am so excited that Chad will be around a lot more, even if he does have to spend a lot of that time studying. I am looking forward to him being home on Saturdays and no call (or maybe a couple call days..not really sure)

Lastly, I am so glad we had General Conference this weekend. It was a great way to celebrate Easter. Sometimes we get caught up in our everyday lives and we forget about why the season is truely important. It was a great time to remember Christ and the thing that should be most important in our busy lives: Family.
